The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Article 4 of the Law "On the Living Wage" (re Approval of the Living Wage)

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.1034), the living wage should be established not by the Law of Ukraine on the State Budget of Ukraine for a relevant year, as it is envisaged by Part 3 of Article 4 of the Law "On the Living Wage", but by a separate law on the living wage.
